HAVE A LICENSING LEGAL ISSUE? GIVE US A CALL: 020 7060 4773

You have the right to appeal the revocation of your premises licence.  The Licensing Act states that an appeal must be lodged with the Magistrates’ Court within 21 days of notice of a licensing authority’s decision is served on you.

Your appeal must be properly served and be accompanied by the appeal fee.  If you lodge your appeal late, do not pay the fee or lodge the appeal incorrectly, your application to appeal may be rejected.
